All prints are made to order. Make sure you are certain of choice and size (including borders, etc) before finalising your order, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is made and sent to print.
Please make sure you check your package once delivered to ensure there are no damages to packaging or discolouration on print that is not accurate to image shown on website. If your order does not arrive in perfect condition, we will organise a replacement free of charge pending the following proof is sent to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery;
- photos of damage to external packaging
- photos of internal packaging and artwork
- photos of any discolouration on artwork
After the 48 hour window, we no longer take responsibility for the products condition. We do not take responsibility for any damages caused to the prints by the recipient, including how the package is opened or damages caused by recipients property.
